Williams has been my service company for almost 20 years. Bill gave me a Great Deal on a new system 3 years ago, and the install went perfectly. Had a problem at 6 PM Saturday 6-19-21. Bud was here in 30 minutes. Couldn't order part until Monday because it was so late, but made sure it was here and installed on Tuesday. Complete follow-up and contacts along the way. Williams AC is a great company. We have used them three times in the past year and have found them to be honest, dilligent, the right price and what they fix stays fixed. They arrive on time, on the day promised and they show up ready to work. The technicians have also made some suggestions that saved us money. All things considered, I would not use any company except Williams for my AC and heating needs.

Williams Air Conditioning in Garland has been servicing my home for many years now. ALWAYS FAST service. ALWAYS RELIABLE and TRUTHFUL. They DO HAVE A State of Texas License. IF you want the BEST I suggest you call them. **UPDATE** JUST awhile back I had them install a NEW TAPPAN Air Conditioner and I did check prices of competitors. Williams got my business! They even did a few extra items like lifted and leveled my slab for the outside unit. Installed a nice cover for the wall.
