How we work
The part gets tested before it gets replaced
Texas is hard on air conditioners. Systems here run eight or nine months a year and accumulate two to three times the runtime hours of the same equipment installed further north. That is why so much of what fails here is predictable: capacitors that drift out of tolerance, contactors that pit, condenser coils that pack with cottonwood, condensate drains that block with biological growth.
Because those failures are predictable, they are also diagnosable. Our technicians carry meters and use them. You get the reading, the failed component, and the price, in that order, before anything is replaced. If a repair is the better value than a replacement, we will tell you so even though the replacement pays us more.
More about how we operate
Answered around the clock
A live dispatcher picks up at (833) 435-6611 at any hour, including weekends and holidays. Emergency calls in your city get a real arrival window, not a callback promise.
Diagnosis before parts
Technicians test electrically and confirm the failure before recommending a replacement. You see the readings, not just the verdict.
Flat-rate pricing, approved first
You get the repair price in writing before the work starts. What you approve is what appears on the invoice.
Stocked trucks, first-visit fixes
Capacitors, contactors, motors, igniters, sensors, boards, and refrigerant ride with every technician, so most your city calls finish in one trip.
Every major brand
Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, American Standard, Amana, Bryant, Daikin, Mitsubishi, and more.
No manufactured urgency
If a repair is the better value, we say so. Nobody here is paid to talk a your city homeowner into a system they do not need.
